RETURN POLICY:
For New Items:
Return item(s) postmarked within 3 days of receipt in original factory condition. Returns without cause (i.e. changed your mind) will be charged a 20% re-stock fee. Call for shipping instructions.
Please inspect your instrument carefully upon receipt. If you are concerned in any way or believe there to be a defect, contact me immediately and I will either coordinate factory repairs or discuss exchange on case by case basis (in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies). All sales are final beyond 3 days of receipt.
All instruments are thoroughly inspected as we receive them from the manufacturer and are shipped with the utmost care. All merchandise damaged during shipping is responsibility of the shipping company. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please keep the packaging and notify the shipping company right away. Please let us know if you need assistance.
For Used Items:
No returns allowed. All sales final and are sold "as-is" with no warranty unless specifically mentioned as being under factory warranty (if applicable or transferable from original owner).
